Big Cartel provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you. My store uses SSL encryption technology which adds a layer of security and protects your personal information when entering your details at checkout.
Your data is stored through Big Cartels data storage databases and the general Big Cartel application, they store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Big Cartel will request your name, email and postal address details at the time of ordering which are used for the sole purpose of order fulfilment.

Payments
Payments are processed through either PayPal or Stripe which are both safe and secure payment gateways offering protection for the buyer and the store.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store you can simply just checkout as a guest once you are on the PayPal website by using a credit or debit card.
I don’t ever see or have access to your bank or card details. Both Big Cartel, stripe and PayPal are secure company’s with there own GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance and security measures in place to keep your data safe.
